1 Who Can Use This App

KnightBingo is available exclusively to currently enrolled students at Fairview High School (BVSD). By signing in you confirm you are a Fairview student using your official @bvsd.org school email address.

2 What the App Does

KnightBingo lets you track attendance at Fairview school events, earn stamps on a digital bingo card, view your progress, and see a school-wide leaderboard. The app is independently developed and made available to Fairview High School for use by its students.

3 Intellectual Property

KnightBingo is developed and owned by wstackd. All rights reserved. This app is not an official product of Boulder Valley School District or Fairview High School. School-related names and imagery are used with permission for the purpose of this program.

4 Your Account

Each account is tied to one school email address and one device. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. Do not share your account or QR code with others. Any attempt to obtain stamps without actually attending an event is a violation of these terms and may result in removal from the program.

5 Face ID / Touch ID

If your device supports it, you may optionally enable Face ID or Touch ID to quickly unlock your bingo card or (for administrators) the admin portal. This feature is off by default, processed entirely on your device, and can be turned off at any time in the app's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6 Data We Collect

We collect your full name, @bvsd.org email address, a device identifier stored on your device and transmitted to our server solely to bind your account to your device, and a record of events you attended. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is handled.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Attempt to circumvent the check-in process
2. Access or modify another student's account
3. Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app or its backend

Violations may result in permanent removal from the program.

8 Disclaimer

KnightBingo is provided as-is. The developer makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability and is not liable for any loss of data or inability to access the program.

9 Changes and Termination

The developer may update these terms or discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wstackd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of event stamps, loss of bingo progress, or inability to access the app, arising from your use of or inability to use KnightBingo, even if wstackd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Prize Disclaimer

Completion of a bingo card does not guarantee prize availability. Prizes are distributed at the sole discretion of Fairview Student Council and are subject to availability and supply. wstackd has no responsibility for prizes that are unavailable, unclaimed, or modified by Student Council at any time.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wstackd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of KnightBingo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

13 Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado under JAMS arbitration rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wstackd regarding KnightBingo and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
